FitKidz Nutrition is all about keeping our kids diet balanced in conjunction with a daily exercise routine that will boost mental and physical health during the Winter months ahead. While children have spent a lot of time indoors this year due to COVID-19 restrictions it is important to families to follow a good nutritious balanced diet that supports the immune and nervous system while still maintaining the proper proportion of protein, fats and carbohydrates – basically getting ‘everything’ from foods that we need to grow, nurture and fuel ‘energy’ resources.
Heidi is an ITEC qualified ‘Nutrition’ Advisor and what she tells kids constantly having finished a training session is “eat, eat but eat the ‘right’ foods to fuel that Warrior Mindset”!
