An exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session.
During the early phases of the Covid-19 lockdown, I developed and held Zoom classes three times a week as a support for women in lockdown. They took part with great enthusiasm, and we now continue our work through ‘Yoga Dance & Mindfulness’ and ‘Yogalates’.
I call them The Warrior Group’, consisting of ‘Female Warriors’, because they are strong, determined women who have never given up the fight during the difficulties of the pandemic.
Yoga Dance and Mindfulness: a subtle mixture of dance and mindfulness guided by music.
Yogalates, Sundays, 10-11am: an exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session.
These Classes are set to resume October 2020.
A block of 8 Classes are 80Euros.
